A yearly service keeps your boiler safe and its manufacturer guarantee valid. Book one when you need it, or let us remind you and book it each year. We do not sell breakdown or repair cover.

Annual boiler service
£89per visit
- Full Gas Safe service to the manufacturer's schedule, with a written checklist and a photo of the analyser reading.
- Keeps the manufacturer guarantee conditions met
Service plan, paid yearly
£89per year
- The same service, with the reminder and the booking done for you. No breakdown or repair cover.
- Renews only if you say yes, with a reminder 30 days before
Landlord gas safety certificate (CP12)
£79per visit
- One appliance; £25 for each additional appliance.
- For landlords: the yearly gas safety record for your tenants
Gas safety certificate and service together
£129per visit
- The gas safety record and the annual service together
- One visit instead of two
Boiler diagnostic visit
£89per visit
- Includes the first 30 minutes. Any repair is quoted at a fixed price before work starts, and the £89 comes off a new boiler bought from us within 30 days.
- For a boiler that has stopped or is misbehaving

You can always book a one-off service when you need one. We'll remind you nine months after install. No plan required.
None of these is breakdown, repair or parts cover. If something goes wrong, a diagnostic visit finds the fault and any repair is quoted at a fixed price before work starts.
A service plan renews only if you say yes. Nothing is pre-ticked, and you can cancel with one click.
We'll email you 30 days before any renewal so the choice is yours, every year.
